Let us hope that this is not what is happening with the MQ AGMs but, maybe, if, for whatever reason, you want to sign contracts for EWS1 remediation it is best to do so before an AGM, just in case members are so outraged and vote the directors off the board. Maybe best to string them along, just in case the unthinkable happens.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So here is the sequence at MQ with the AGM announcements\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">MQA-G board,\u00a023 September 2020<\/span><\/strong> \u201cAccounts will be sent with a statement from each board chair and advising that\u00a0<span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">AGMs are postponed indefinitely<\/span> due to Covid.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Stephen Lang, 24 Jan 2021<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u201c\u2026<span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">there will be an AGM<\/span>\u2026we do not have the final version of the accounts\u2026once we have these we will organise some kind of AGM, Zoom or Teams is the obvious option.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0(\u00a0<em>AGM?<\/em>MQ Forum in response to posts asking what is happening with the AGM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">MQA-G Chairman\u2019s statement, March\u00a02021<\/span><\/strong> \u201c\u2026We, like some of you,\u00a0<span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">want an AGM soonest<\/span>, <span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">and this will be arranged as soon as possible.\u201d<\/span> (MQA-G Chairman\u2019s statement on MQ forum documents).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">MQA-G and MQRA boards of directors minutes, 17 March 2021<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>  \u201c2019\/20 <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">accounts<\/span><\/strong> were unanimously\u00a0<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">approved.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-c33065cd-fccb-4f99-a011-900707e4e2b1\"><li>\u201c a.
